Short & Sweet: Lost 80 lbs, gained 15 lbs of muscle - wanted to learn the how's and why's so I could help other women achieve their goals!

 

When I started my fat loss journey, I had NO idea what I was doing. I didn't know what a healthy meal looked like, let alone know how to make it taste good. I followed every single fad diet out there; name it, I’ve done it. I lost some weight, but always gained it back PLUS some. I was misinformed, inconsistent and I was not doing it through self love. After the struggles I faced, I grew a passion for fitness and wanted to help women avoid the mistakes I made during my transformation journey.

I know how difficult and lonely this transformational journey can be, especially when you do not have a supportive community in your life. Having been through it myself, I understand how intimidating and isolating doing it alone can be.
