With 1-on-1 Training, clients will track their nutrition and workout daily. As your trainer, I will monitor your nutrition to make sure you're getting the most out of your journey - as well as provide the accountability you're looking for!

Delivery & Disclaimer
Delivery:
Program: Your digital product will be delivered via email. Download the JC Fit App (link provided via email) & set up your account. Program will automatically be added to your profile
Meal Plan: Once you've created your JC Fit App account, fill in your stats (weight, height, measurements, etc) on your profile. After this is done your trainer can create your custom meal plan. You will recieve a notification once it's added to your profile! *Allow 2 business days!*
